Our refund policy does not apply to Web design, Web programming, Product Sales or Domain registration. If you received the domain for free as part of a promotion and you cancel within 30 days you will be charged for the domain, once registered, the domain is yours to keep no matter where you are hosting. No refunds are available after 30 days. Any request for cancellation must be received via our cancellation form, regular mail or fax. You will receive a confirmation upon receipt of the cancellation.

Accounts cancelled/terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
